ORIENTAL SLAW 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. oriental flavor Ramen noodles
1 1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 sunflower kernels
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
6 c. shredded cabbage
4 chopped green onions

Break noodles in small pieces. Combine noodles, sliced almonds and sunflower kernels. To toast spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons vinegar and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour over 6 cups shredded cabbage and 4 chopped green onions. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to chill. Just before serving, stir noodles, almonds and sunflower kernels into cabbage mixture.
