HOAGLAND OMELETTE 
4 eggs
Sm. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped mushrooms
Ham slices
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt

Cook onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are done. Remove mixture from pan and set aside. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour into saucepan and cook until almost done. Push sides down and hit side of pan to loosen omelette.

Add onion, pepper and mushrooms. Add garlic salt. Place ham slices on top of this. Add grated cheese. Slip omelette onto plate, slowly so that it can be folded in half. Top with sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
