BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
4 double graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg. Sugar Free pudding (prepared)
1 banana, sliced
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (packed in own juice, well drained)
1 1/2 c. Lite Cool Whip

Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Layer banana, pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip. May also use 1 cup strawberries, and increase the fruit exchange by 1/4. 1 serving = 1 fruit, 1 bread and 1 milk. 30 calories per serving.
