CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
1 whole chicken or parts of chicken
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
Water

Cook chicken until done in water. Leave a lot of broth. Mix flour, salt and enough water until dough is stiff enough to roll, 1/4" thick. Roll out on floured sheet and cut dough into inch strips and drop in boiling broth and chicken. cook until dumpling is done.
