WHITE-CHOCOLATE ROCKY ROAD | |
2 lb white chocolate, chopped 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1 cup macadamia nuts, halved 9 oz white marshmallows, halved Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. Removed from heat, then add the coconut, macadamias and marshmallows; mix to combine. Pour the mixture into an 11 x 7 tin lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
