SPAGHETTI PRIMAVERA | |
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 garlic clove, sliced 1 bunch broccoli, cut into sm. pieces 1 sm. red pepper, cut into strips 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 c. milk 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves Prepare fettuccine as directed. In skillet over medium-high heat, in olive oil, cook garlic until lightly browned, then discard garlic. Add broccoli and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese and milk, Parmesan cheese and oregano and cook, stirring constantly until cheese melts and mixture is blended. Pour cheese sauce over fettuccine and serve. About 590 calories per serving. |
