PANSIT 
2 lbs. boneless pork steak
2/3 c. water with salt, pepper, garlic powder
White Chinese noodles (about 3 sections)
Green onions
1 c. carrots, cut julienne style (long and skinny)
Cabbage (shredded)
Optional: Broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods
Soy sauce
Garlic powder

Boil pork on 400 degrees. (After boiling take 1/2 cup water out.) Soak noodles in warm water. Add carrots to browned pork - simmer 3 minutes. One by one add vegetables, sprinkle with water as needed. Cover and simmer.

Remove most vegetables. Fry noodles. Add enough soy sauce to color noodles. Add dash of garlic powder to draw out flavor. Simmer everything together.
