TOMATO PUDDING 
10 oz. tomato puree
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. fresh white bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Put tomato puree in a pan and rinse the tin with the cup boiling water. Add to puree. Heat to boiling and add the salt and brown sugar. Place the white bread crumbs in a greased baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the bread crumbs and then add the tomato mixture. Cover dish tight and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
