TURKEY PATTIES ORIENTAL 
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes

ORIENTAL SAUCE:

1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash of pepper

Cut celery into 1/4 inch slices. Cut onion into thin rings. Chop green pepper into 3/4 inch pieces. Cut tomatoes into 1/8's. Mix first 4 ingredients. Form patties 3/4 inch thick. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute burgers, until brown. Pour Oriental Sauce over burgers, bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.

Reduce heat. Add celery, onion and pepper. Simmer covered 6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, simmer 2-3 minutes longer until meat is no longer pink.

ORIENTAL SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together.
