ORANGE VELVET JELLY CREAM 
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2/3 c. whipped cream
3/4 c. coconut
Drained crushed pineapple
Red and green maraschino cherries
Finely chopped nuts

Dissolve the gelatin and sugar in hot pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Add milk and chill again until slightly set. Whip cream, add coconut, and fold into gelatin mixture. Chill until firm in a 5 cup mold. If desired, put drained pineapple in the bottom of sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with nuts and cut red and green cherries. Pour above mixture on top.
