SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf

Heat olive oil in large pan. Add onions and garlic powder. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and fry until brown and crumbly. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally (every 10 to 20 minutes.) Makes 3 pints.
