NACHO DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
2 cans (15 oz.) Hormel chili without beans
2 c. of mixed Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese

Take a casserole bowl and spread cream cheese in a thin layer on the base and 1/3 up edge with a spoon. Pour chili into bowl on top of the cream cheese. Put cheese mixture on top. Microwave until bubbly. Serve with nachos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
