SNOW BALL COOKIES 
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, cut up

Cream shortening. Beat in milk a little at a time. Add vanilla. Sift flour with sugar and add to above. Add nuts. Form into balls from a teaspoon. Bake on floured baking sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool, roll in powdered sugar (approximately 50 cookies).
