4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon extract
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter

Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue. Six tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
