4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice cold cream
4 c. milk

Beat eggs until thick and lemon color. Add sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Add cold cream and milk. Beat with egg beater and serve.
