CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onions
Plain pastry
4 oz. cheese, 1 c. grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 8 ingredients. Prepare pastry to line one 8-inch pie plate. Fill with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
