CORA'S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. peanut butter 4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 heaping tbsp. marshmallow fluff Combine milk, sugar and peanut butter. Cook until brought to boil, stirring constantly. Cook to hard ball (test in cold water) 250 degrees. Remove from heat, stir in butter; cook to lukewarm. Then beat until thickened, adding marshmallows. Cool in pan. When firm cut into 1 inch squares. 9 inch square pan. |
