RASPBERRY CHEESE COOLER 
3 oz. low calorie cream cheese
1 env. Dream Whip
Skim milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 can lemon lime sugar free soda
2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 pkgs. sugar free raspberry Jello

Place cheese in small bowl, microwave on medium until softened, 30 to 45 seconds and stir until smooth. Set aside. In another mixing bowl, prepare Dream Whip according to package, using skim milk. Fold in cheese. Set aside.

Place water in bowl and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Stir in soda. Take 1/2 cup of this mixture and stir into cheese mixture. Add raspberries to remaining gelatin and chill until slightly thickened. Pour into 9" round cake pan. Spread cheese mixture evenly over top and chill for 3 hours until firm. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
