RASPBERRY COFFEE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. milk 1 pt. fresh raspberries 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. melted butter 2 or more tbsp. water Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream together sugar and butter, add egg, vanilla and milk alternately with flour mixture; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle with raspberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Combine powdered sugar, butter and water for frosting. |
