HAM BAKE 
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. peas
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. canned tomatoes
4 slices cooked ham
1 tbsp. ketchup

Line casserole with diced potatoes. Add peas, diced onions and tomatoes. Bake 25 minutes at 350°F. Add ham and continue baking for 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with ketchup.

Serves 4.
