GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 bottle chunky taco sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 carton sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
Flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown the ground chuck with salt and pepper. Add the taco sauce. Set aside. Mix mushroom soup, water, sour cream and green chilies. Heat until smooth. Do Not Boil!

Spoon meat into flour tortillas; roll. Place in pan and pour sauce over it. Heat 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese. Heat until melted.
