SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. rice
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) can shrimp
1 tbsp. salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 qt. hot water

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Add remaining, bring to boil. Cover and simmer about 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
