SALMON PATTIES 
1 c. salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. shortening

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Divide into patties; coat with flour. Melt shortening in skillet; cook patties 5-10 minutes per side on medium heat or until brown on each side.
