SAWDUST SALAD 
1 lg. orange Jello
1 bag miniature marshmallows
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 container Cool Whip
1 bag coconut

Mix Jello according to package directions. Pour into a square baking dish. Add crushed pineapple to Jello mixture. Let Jello set up and cover with marshmallows. Mix 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 egg; cook until thicken. Add 8 ounce cream cheese and stir until melted. Add Cool Whip and coconut. Pour mixture over the Jello mixture. Garnish with nuts or pineapple. Cut into squares after sawdust salad has set up.
