OYSTER SOUP 
1 pt. oysters with liquid
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
1 qt. milk
1/4 c. butter

In a 2 quart saucepan. Heat oysters (with liquid) until oysters are hot and liquid comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add milk, salt and pepper. Heat slowly. Do Not Boil. Spoon 4-5 oysters into each bowl. Top with 2 tablespoons butter. Pour hot milk over oysters. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Makes 6 cups.
