DOUBLE DECKER FUDGE | |
2 c. peanut butter chips, divided 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 4 1/2 c. sugar 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. Place 1 cup chips in a bowl and set aside. In second medium bowl, blend 1/4 cup butter, melted, cocoa and vanilla; stir until smooth. Add 1 cup chips. In a 4 quart saucepan combine sugar, marshmallow cream, milk and 1/4 cup butter. Cook, stir constantly until comes to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, immediately add half of mixture to each bowl. Layer in foiled pan. |
