HAMBURGER HASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
2 med. sized onion, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles

Brown meat in oil with slightly crumbled. Add onions, celery, soups and warm water. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into a lightly greased casserole (about a 2 quart size). Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more. Cover the mixture with chow mein noodles and continue baking 15 minutes more. 8 servings.
