TACOS 
4 pork steaks
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. bottle green taco sauce (La Victorias)
1 sm. bottle red taco sauce
Soft shell flour tortillas
Fixins: Shredded lettuce, Chopped tomato, Shredded Cheddar cheese, Chopped black olives, Sour cream

Cut pork steaks into bite-size pieces, trimming off bone and fat. Brown with hamburger over medium heat. Drain off fat. Stir in over low heat as much green and red taco sauce as you desire. Simmer until pork is done, about 20 minutes.

Heat tortilla shells in the microwave. Four at a time, wrapped in paper towels. Stove top just heat in a frying pan, one at a time. Add fixins as desired. Serves 4-5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
