CAROLYN'S PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. lard
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water

Cut lard into dry ingredients. Mix vinegar, water, and egg. Add to flour mixture. I use Crisco instead of lard... easier to work with, but will never taste like Carolyn's.
