WHOLE WHEAT CINNAMON ROLLS 
3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. walnuts
1/3 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, melted

Combine 2 1/2 cups white flour and whole wheat flour. In large bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar, salt, yeast. Combine milk, water and butter in pan. Heat until very warm. Gradually add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and flour. Let rise to double. Mix together 1/3 cup sugar, walnuts, raisins, and cinnamon.

Roll out and brush with butter and then sprinkle with sugar and nut mixture. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1-inch slices. Makes two 9-inch pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
