VANILLA FUDGE 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart saucepan until smooth. Cook, stirring, to full boil. Lower heat and boil slowly 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, beat until thick and candy loses its gloss. Spread in greased pan. Good for people who cannot eat chocolate.
