TUNA WIGGLE 
Noodles or rice
Cream of mushroom soup
Can of peas
Thin sliced or grated Cheddar cheese
Lg. can tuna

Cook up a batch of noodles or rice to match the number of people you wish to serve and adjust the following, meant for about 4 people, accordingly.

When rice or noodles are almost done, gently mix in 1 small can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can green peas, and 1 large can tuna (canned chicken may be substituted). Finally stir in a quantity (according to your taste) of grated or thinly sliced Cheddar cheese. When cheese is almost melted, serve. Great for a cool day! Cinch to make!
