UGNS PANNKAKA (Oven Pancakes) 
6 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk

Beat eggs and add flour and salt alternately with the milk. The batter will be thin. Pour into 2 well greased 9 x 13 inch pans.

Bake in 400 degree oven (preheated) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake about 15 minutes longer or until golden brown. The batter will be puffy and usually falls after taken out of the oven. Serve warm with warm syrup or apple sauce. Cut each pan into 6 pieces. Serves 4.
