JUMBO OAT COOKIES 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/4 c. oats
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sliced almonds

Beat sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Add egg and extract. Gradually add rest. Drop by 1/4 measuring cup 2 inches apart on sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 12.
