ASPARAGUS WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
1 lb. asparagus
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
No-Fail Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Rinse asparagus. Snap off tough ends and discard. Place asparagus spears in a 10 inch skillet. Add water and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.

Drain and arrange spears on a serving platter. Pour sauce over spears and serve. Makes 4 servings.
