ORANGE CANDY 
1 c. applesauce
Rind of 1 orange, grated
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Bring applesauce and orange rind to a boil, stir in gelatin and sugar. Boil 2 minutes. Cool until slightly thickened. Stir in nuts. Pour into buttered pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Cover. Chill well overnight or at least 24 hours. Cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar.
