PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 pt. of pulp
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. butter
About 1 1/2 c. flour for stiff batter

Mix together and pour into 2 to 3 quart baking pan. Pour over batter 3/4 cup brown sugar mixed into 1 cup water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
