SWEDISH HARD TACK 
2 c. flour
2 c. 40% Bran flakes
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. sugar (or less)
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt (or less)
3/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients except water like a pie crust. Then add water. Roll thin (1/3 dough at time) on a floured upside down cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cut into squares.
