PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 - 3 lbs. hamburger and (or) sausage
2 jars Pizza Quick (or 1 lg. can Ragu spaghetti sauce)
2 to 3 tubes of biscuits
1 onion, chopped
1 bag shredded Mozzarella cheese or 1 brick, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jar mushrooms (or fresh)
Green peppers (to taste if desired)
Italian seasoning to taste

Brown hamburger and (or) sausage and onions. Drain. Add mushrooms, peppers, salt, pepper and seasoning as desired. Mix sauce with hamburger mixture. Spray 9 x 13 inch or larger pan with Pam and line bottom with biscuits. Put hamburger mixture on top of biscuits. Sprinkle cheese on top of hamburger. Place layer of biscuits on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and biscuits are brown. Yield: 9 x 13 inch pan. (May want to use larger pan as it may bubble over.)
