4 LAYER DESSERT PISTACHIO 
FIRST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

FOURTH LAYER:

Use rest of large package of Cool Whip. Then sprinkle with pecans and coconut.

Cream first 3 ingredients together. Put into a 9x12 inch pan; pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

After first layer cools, spread second layer over first. Then third layer over second layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip. Then sprinkle with chopped pecans and coconut. Refrigerate.
