1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients. Cook to soft ball stage. Tint this a pale green; cool. Beat until creamy. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into buttered red pan and cut into squares.
