VEAL MARSALA 
3 lbs. veal, sliced thin and pounded
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
6 tbsp. flour
Pepper to taste
1/ lb. butter
4 cans sliced mushrooms
3 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
2 thinly sliced med. onion
2 thinly sliced peppers
2 chopped fine cloves of garlic

Slice veal into 2-3 inch strips. Mix cheese, flour and pepper. Brown veal in butter and garlic. Add mushrooms and brown. Blend in cheese mixture. Add beef broth and wine. Cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and cook until sauce is desired consistency.
