RUTHIE'S POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix above ingredients together and put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter melted. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour.
