TACO PIE 
1 1/4-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced green olives
1 can crescent rolls
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef. Stir in seasoning mix, water, and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Place crescent rolls in ungreased 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle 1/2 corn chips on bottom of crust. Spoon on meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with remaining corn chips. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
