1 Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden cake mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (divided 3/4 c., 3/4 c.)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. Mix dry cake mix, butter, 3/4 cup nuts. Press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan.

Mix brown sugar and cream cheese. Spread over layer in pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup nuts. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator in airtight container. Serves 24 bars.
