SAUCE FOR MEATS AND SEAFOOD 
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Horseradish for seafood

Bring to boil sugar and vinegar - dissolve, but NOT boil. Put in ketchup to thicken. Let it get hot again. Try 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. DON'T let it boil. Add pepper. Let it get cold. Put horseradish in for seafood.
