1/2 - 3/4 stick butter
1/4 - 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. bourbon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can pineapple chunks or 2 or 3 sliced apples
24 oz. can sweet potato pieces, drained
Mini marshmallows

Melt butter and mix together with brown sugar and bourbon. Put potatoes, fruit and nuts into casserole dish. Pour bourbon-butter mix on top. Heat uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Add marshmallows and put under broiler to brown (watch closely!).
