ROLLS 
1/2 c. milk, scalded
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lard
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. water, warm
6 c. flour

Mix milk, sugar, salt, lard, and water. Add 2 cups flour. Add yeast mixture. Change to dough hooks and add rest of flour; mix 8 minutes. Grease your bowl; let rise until double in warm place. Make into balls in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let rise 25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.
