SEASHELL PASTA SALAD 
4 c. cooked med. shells
1/4 c. chopped pimento
12 black olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cubed salami to suit (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Ground pepper to taste
1 med. chopped red onion

Mix all of above ingredients and allow to sit for several hours before serving. Serves 8-10.
