OVEN THREE-IN-ONE MEAL 
1 smoked pork shoulder butt, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chervil
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. savory
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1 (1 lb.) or 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen French fries
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans, partially thawed and separated
2 med.-sized onions, sliced and separated in rings

Brown meat slices on both sides in a small amount of fat. Blend the tomato sauce and next 8 ingredients together in a saucepan; heat thoroughly.

Turn about 1/3 of the sauce into a 1 1/4 quart shallow baking dish. Top with French fries, green beans, and onion rings. Pour another 1/3 of sauce evenly over top.

Arrange meat slices, slightly overlapping, diagonally across the top. Pour remaining sauce over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
